At NTHING COLLECTION, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing selections, or general dissatisfaction after purchase. However, if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, Australian orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days depending on the customer’s location and courier delivery times.
